How long would my online purchase take to deliver to the delivery address?
It would take 5-7 working days from date of order to delivery for our local free delivery service.
Orders are processed from Mondays to Fridays. Upon dispatch to our courier partner, it will typically 2-4 working days for the parcel to be delivered.
Should you require your items urgently, kindly contact us at (order@duobeitea.com) to enquire about upgrade to express shipping.
What are the payment method available for my online purchase?
Currently we accept payment via PayPal (Credit Card Payment)
If I am ordering from overseas, how long would it take for the delivery of my online purchase?
Delivery time varies by location and we ship via FedEx / DHL / SF .

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
For orders within China, all fees are included in the products, so there is no need for any additional payment for any form of duties and taxes.
For orders outside of China, product prices exclude applicable duties and taxes (such as Goods & Services Tax).
Shipments to all other countries outside of China will be made on a duties unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you are solely responsible for payment of any applicable duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. If you are purchasing from non DDP countries, you are the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may be subjected to import duties and taxes that are levied once the merchandise reaches your country which are payable by you. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
